While working at Crossworkers, I focused on solving a major turnover issue within the company. I developed data-driven insights and built a predictive model that identified employees likely to leave before they actually did. The accuracy of the model was validated when an employee left before the official deployment of the project, proving the effectiveness of the predictive analysis. In my graduation project, I tackled the growing issue of image forgery detection, a pressing concern due to the ease of manipulating digital images. I developed a solution using deep learning techniques to differentiate between genuine and manipulated images. Using the CASIA V2.0 dataset, I trained a custom Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and compared its performance with state-of-the-art models like VGG16 and ResNet50. By employing Error Level Analysis (ELA) and image preprocessing methods like denoising and augmentation, I achieved a 94% validation accuracy with the custom CNN model, providing a robust tool for image forgery detection.
